By using an all in one booking, delivery, and payment system, I’ve been able to redefine the real estate media experience for my clients. In only minutes you’ll be able to input your listing, get immediate access to pricing, select your media services, and book the shoot. After that, all deliverables will be sent through the same online portal where you are also able to pay via credit card or bank account.
Step 1 - Enter Your Listings Address
Easily enter your listings address and you’ll be able to confirm it’s the correct location via a map pop-up once the address is entered.
Step 2 - Select Services & Add-Ons
Select your real estate media services from a curated list that includes photos, videos, floor plans, 3D tours and more! Many of the services have add on options such as adding a realtor intro/voiceover to a real estate video.
Step 3 - Select an Appointment Time
Scheduling your real estate photo and media shoot is easy! Select your preferred day and time on the calendar and that slot is yours.
Step 4 - Review & Confirm
Take a look at your choices, make sure the square footage lines up with your listing, and you’re ready to send the order in! I’ll send a personal email or text just to confirm with you and then we’re all set for the shoot!

The process is easy and straightforward! You simply visit my online portal, enter your listing’s address, select the services you’d like, pick an open slot on the calendar, then we’re booked. You can also feel free to use the contact page and reach out directly to schedule a shoot.

For real estate listing photos and floor plans the turnaround time is 24 hours. For real estate videos and 3D tours the turnaround time is 48 hours. This turnaround time is standard for all 7 days of the week!

There are a number of factors that go into the estimated shoot time, such as the property’s size and selected services such as photo, drone, or video that may be selected. Just for listing photos I budget 1 hour for a standard sized home. Depending on how many add ons you choose (video, floor plans, 3D tour, drone services) the shoot could last between 2 - 3 hours.

If there is any reason you’re left unsatisfied with the final products I will either re-shoot the home or give you a full refund with no questions asked.

Life happens and I get it. There are no cancellation or re-scheduling fees when something gets in the way of our scheduled shoot.

Generally, the photos will look more appealing to potential buyers if the home is furnished. Whether that is with the current owners items or through a staging company. If staging isn’t an option for your empty listing, I offer virtual staging that will enhance the images.

You don’t need to be at the home as long as a key code or lockbox code is provided. You can be on site to offer any input on specific angles or features you want captured, or you can input those into the order form.

Yes, I will be providing all of those services myself! No need to worry about multiple people or scheduling multiple shoots.
