For a twilight only photo shoot, I’ll plan to be at the property for 1 hour. I show up right at sunset to get set up and capture a few sunset photos, then will be ready to capture the twilight image .

If there is any reason you’re left unsatisfied with the final twilight photos I will either re-shoot the home or give you a full refund with no questions asked.

Life happens and I get it. There are no cancellation or re-scheduling fees when something gets in the way of our scheduled shoot.

You don’t need to be at the home as long as a key code or lockbox code is provided. You can be on site to offer any input on specific angles or features you want captured, or you can input those into the order form.
